Do not go to SOS MOBILE at the crossroads the city of wood !!!My dad got ripped off by ouffffffHe had a big battery… problem. After 3 hours the phone was discharging. So he went to this shopkeeper to have the battery changed. The person tells him c good !! My father all happy goes home but same problem !!! To believe that the battery has not been changed. This did not prevent the battery and labor from being paid 90 euros. He inquired at another merchant, and the person really changed the battery for him because the phone had no more battery life. It is like new. And the guy took 45euros from him …plus

Can you expect to reimburse us for the package?10/23/21: a phone diagnosed not repairable after 2 weeks, and we have been waiting for its return for 4 weeks to recover the SIM card because we always pay the package! But the manager doesn’t give a damn about you, because she doesn’t have time to go pick it up in Paris, she’ll always have something else to do! What?? for example going on vacation, and yes! She doesn’t call you back, delays recovery day without explanation and hides behind her employee who is trying to manage our incessant visits to the store. I sold my phone back to this company through backmarket, when they received the phone they send me a picture of another… phone stating that the phone I sent was in a very bad condition. Fortunately, I took a video / photo of the entire sending procedure otherwise they would have succeeded :)I do not recommend this company to you, if you want to lose your money, I recommend it to you.plus
